Troubleshooting
As with all troubleshooting, the more information I get the easier it is e.g. settings, logs, etc. To make it easier to transfer this information I have implemented an export function which will copy all important files to a folder of your choice from where you can easily attach them to an email. You can access this function form the 'Help/About' tab (see here for details).
